FLT Operative Are you passionate about motor vehicles and looking for a career in the automotive industry? Look no further We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable FLT Operative to join our team in Kirkintilloch, Glasgow. As an FLT Operative, you will be responsible for: • Loading and unloading lorries • Moving vehicles between locations • Completing inspection reports by recording the damage to vehicles as they arrive at the site • Providing excellent customer service and support to both clients and suppliers and deal with any issues or concerns in an effective manner • Cleaning vehicles and the site • Adhere to Health & Safety and company guidelines, and to maintain a safe and efficient working environment • Imaging vehicles using video cameras recording clear and concise images and sounds To be successful in this role, suitable candidates must have a full driving license, a Forklift Truck licence and experience of working outside in all weathers, and the ability to accurately record vehicle damage in a clear and concise manner. We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and a keen eye for detail. Basic IT skills are also required. Previous experience working in a salvage site and knowledge and/or an interest in motor vehicles would be desirable but not essential.
