Key Responsibilities:
* Excel Management: Handle large volumes of Excel spreadsheets, utilizing advanced functions such as SUMIFs and VLOOKUPs to ensure accurate data matching and reconciliation.
* Stock Accounting: Assist in the management and reconciliation of stock-related accounts data
* Data Analysis: Support the Management Accounts team by analyzing financial data and identifying discrepancies or areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience in an accounts administration role, preferably within a finance department.
* Excel Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong knowledge of SUMIFs, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced functions.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the Management Accounts team and other departments.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
