Job summary This is an exciting opportunity for a band 7 ward sister/Charge Nurse to lead a caring and compassionate team specialising in the delivery of Care of Older People services within Colchester Hospital. We provide the highest quality of nursing care to both male and female patients. The ward is a 36 bedded ward. The applicant must be enthusiastic and motivated to lead in a busy environment. They should also have excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to organise and prioritise workload, be an effective, approachable leader and have a history of managing change and developing a safety culture and promote harm free care.
