Henry Martin is partnering with a leading client in their search for an experienced Project Administrator with a strong construction background. Based in Central London, this role is ideal for someone with significant site experience looking to contribute to the success of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of construction. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project management team throughout all stages of construction projects. Assist in coordinating project schedules, resources, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Prepare, maintain, and manage essential project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and procurement records. Support the preparation and tracking of project reports, budgets, and cost documents. Communicate and liaise with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Attend project meetings, take detailed minutes, and track action items. Monitor project progress and provide reports on key milestones, risks, and delays. Ensure project documentation is compliant with industry regulations, standards, and internal procedures. Assist in tracking and reporting Health & Safety compliance on-site. Manage project-related administrative tasks, such as invoicing, subcontractor documentation, and material procurement Requirments Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project administration within the construction industry. Significant experience on-site and familiarity with construction processes, terminology, and industry standards. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, or similar. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
