Job summary We are looking for a clinical leader with a passion for quality improvement and falls prevention to join our falls prevention service for a 12 month secondment or fixed term contract. This post is open to staff with a relevant current clinical qualification and professional registration and will lead on: Supporting divisional teams in the reduction of patient falls within the Trust.
