Our organisation is all about people—the people who live in our homes, the communities we serve, and those we work with. We recruit for attitude and behaviour, which are central to us in building relationships and delivering great experiences for everyone. We employ colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and who take responsibility to get things done.
As a not-for-profit housing association, we provide affordable homes and services to more than 20,000 people across Greater Manchester. We have a strong social purpose and make it our mission to enable people to live well in their home and community.

You will co-ordinate and monitor efficient and effective processes across the Health & Safety and People Team (HR) functions, including the management of associated data. Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will promote and support our safe working culture through our Health & Safety and People Strategies and role model corporate behaviours.
You should have an interest in Health and Safety and a desire to build skills and competence in this discipline.
We need people who have:
* Strong background in administration.
* IT literate, including Microsoft Office 365.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to reach creative solutions.
* Relevant H&S qualifications or certificate (not essential as a training and development plan will be offered to the right candidate).
Everyone is welcome here. Our culture is inclusive, and we are committed to increasing diversity. We enable everyone to be themselves at work so that they feel at home with us. We trust and support people to do their best in a role that is fulfilling and rewarding, which helps us deliver better outcomes for our customers and colleagues.
So, if you want to be part of our team and help us make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
