Your Role: As Workshop Foreman, you’ll lead our workshop operations, ensuring top-quality service and efficient workflow across the team. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll be involved in both managing people and undertaking diagnostics and repairs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service and support
* Leading and managing workshop staff to maintain high service standards and productivity
* Supporting the development and training of team members
* Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery in both the workshop and the field
* Fostering a collaborative and safety-focused team culture
* Coordinating effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Key Skills Required for the Role:
* Relevant qualifications or proven experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural or similar machinery
* Strong leadership and people management abilities
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A full Class 1 or higher driver’s licence
* A proactive approach to health and safety in the workplace
