At Essity we believe every career is as unique as the individual and empower employees to reach their full potential About the Apprenticeship Our Apprenticeship programmes have become well established over many years within our various sites in the UK, and we are proud to see the success and development of the employees who began their career on our apprenticeship programmes. This two year apprenticeship programme leads to a nationally recognised Level 3 Transport and Warehouse Operations Supervisor qualification. Upon completion of the course, you will be encouraged to apply for a position at one of our sites. You will report directly to our Training Lead, who along with his team will invest time and effort in helping you make the most out of this opportunity. You will also have a dedicated mentor who will help you succeed at work and at college. During your apprenticeship you will learn to work in an efficient and confidential way, and develop skills such as: Selecting suppliers and scheduling logistics in the supply chain Warehouse and storage management Managing stock levels and analysing stock data Inventory management exercises and material audits Working with production Scheduling on planning converting lines and learn how to schedule a converting line Complete BOS tours and all monthly safety qualifications. Carrying out Risk Assessments of work areas Developing productive working relationships with colleagues Using SAP to complete tasks such as goods receipting, inventory keeping etc We’ll provide all of the tools to help you succeed. In return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm and passion to learn and develop.
