Were seeking a results-driven Process Engineering & Facilities Manager to optimise manufacturing processes and manage facility operations at our Portsmouth site. You'll lead process improvements, oversee facility maintenance, and drive cost-effective, high-quality production. Key Responsibilities: Lead manufacturing process design and optimisation for efficiency and quality. Manage facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee equipment installation, upgrades, and capital projects. Ensure ERP accuracy and effective change management. Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and facilities teams. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Manage performance and support recruitment and training. Key Deliverables: High equipment uptime through TPM and OEE programs. Accurate documentation and ERP data for production alignment. On-time, on-budget delivery of projects and facility upgrades. Maintain certifications (AS9100, etc.) and safety compliance. Metrics for Success: Project delivery: On time, within budget, full scope. Safety: Zero accidents, proactive risk management. Quality: High yield, low scrap, minimal NCRs. Productivity: Improved lead time, cycle time, and OEE. What Youll Need: Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). 710 years in process engineering and facilities management. Lean and Six Sigma expertise; project management experience. Aerospace/defence or electronics manufacturing experience (preferred). Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
