At XMA we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator in our Service Logistics team. We look after a wide-ranging customer base who use a variety of manufacturers including Lenovo, HP, Apple and Dynabook equipment. You would need to be able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment under your own initiative or as part of team. JOB SPECIFICATION: Service Logistics Administrator The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing day-to-day support for Field Engineers and Workshop teams. The role involves handling the administrative duties using internal systems ensuring all data is accurate and detailed. Working closely with the team to fulfil all the daily enquiries, making sure all parts and units are processed in a timely manner and resolving any issues met. • Booking variety of faulty machines into the workshop for future inspection and repair – following specific requirements of certain customers. • Providing administrative support services for both Workshop and Field Services team • Follow procedures as instructed. • Updating calls with clear and concise detail on our call management system. REQUIREMENTS: Service Logistics Administrator The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with some office-based administrative experience who is familiar with a warehouse environment. • Ability to follow standard procedures. • Ability to update internal systems accurately with concise detail. • Ability to work independently.
