As a Field Researcher at our company, you'll embark on journeys commissioned by leading transport organizations, where you will contribute to the improvement of transportation services across the country.
Your mission: to collect invaluable public feedback that shapes the future of travel services.
This project is conducted on-board buses, at bus stops, and at bus stations. Other than some remote supervision, as a field representative you'll independently manage your own shift on-site.
Your main responsibility is to recruit and encourage respondents to participate in a survey using a quick 1–2-minute screening questionnaire. Participants then complete the survey on their own.
Locations
Bus shifts operate at various bus stop clusters and routes running throughout the UK.
Shift Patterns & Pay
Embrace flexibility in this versatile role, perfect for retirees, students, or full-time workers looking to supplement their income. Shifts can be booked to fit into a schedule that works for you weeks in advance.
Shifts are only 2.5 to 6 hours long, and pay starts from £14.22 p/h depending on the shift length, shift time, & shift location. Benefit from premium rates for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts. We provide coverage for public transport costs, mileage, and necessary parking expenses.
You'll receive your pay 1 month in arrears on the 28th of each month.
Upon passing an initial screening call, you will be invited to complete an Online Training Workshop & Assessment. If successful, you will then be accompanied on your first shift with someone experienced to provide support and help familiarize you with the practical aspects of the role.
