Qualifications
It is essential that you have a minimum of GCSE grade C / 4 (or equivalent) in Maths and English.You’ll need to make a worthwhile contribution to the team from the start. Your team leader will provide support and instructions to nurture your skills development while you also need to challenge yourself and be hungry to learn quickly. Team spirit forms a big part of how we operate so every team member is responsible for maximising their positive impact on the team as a whole and demonstrating reliability and flexibility.
