Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Accounting Manager to work with a growing Logistics business based in Ashby de la Zouch.
Duties of the role will include:
1. Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial consolidation and reporting for the group
2. Monthly and annual reporting for group with board commentary
3. Improving financial controls and systems, ensuring tight balance sheet controls in place
4. UK GAAP and IFRS reporting
5. Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
6. Coordinate the smooth running of external audit process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met with minimal issues
7. Management of the payroll function
8. Provide ad-hoc information as required
Skills, Requirements, Qualifications
1. Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ ACMA with 5 years + PQE
2. Could be a more experienced first mover or second mover with some industry experience
3. Ability to work effectively globally, develop relationships and influence people to drive outcomes
4. Strong technical experience
5. Ability to excel within a fast-paced creative and growing environment
