Job Title: Regional Service Delivery Manager
Location: South Coast- You can be based in one of our offices within Southern Water patch- Chatham, Falmer, Durrington, Peel Common- Hybrid- 3 office/ site and 2 WFH- It is essential for you to have a driving licence due to occasional site visit requirement

Salary: Up to £51,000 plus business needs car
A brand-new role within our Operational Waste Service Delivery function supporting our wider business, you will ensure our operational supply chain to deliver their services to us safely and in a timely, cost-effective manner, delivering first time quality fixes and installs.
Reporting to M&E Support Contract manager, you’ll be managing 4x direct reports which consist of service delivery engineers to ensure consistent and high-quality service within Southern Water’s Wastewater department. Your role encompasses coordination across teams, enhancing operational efficiency, driving performance, and supporting strategic objectives. The role primarily reactive looking after contractor works on behalf of asset maintenance and operations within Wastewater operations. This role is critical to running of the asset in the sites as a support function to asset maintenance within each region covering the service delivery works for the entire region.
As a confident leader, you will be managing, supporting and mentoring your team to foster a culture of accountability, engagement and high performance to ensure all works are completed complying to Southern Water’s standards. As part of monitoring performance, you will be required to oversee service delivery operations to run effective work in progress meetings to ensure service level agreement are achieved and rewarding performance for meeting agreed key performance indicators. You will evaluate inefficiencies within the reactive supply chain, lead initiatives to enhance service delivery workflows and work in collaboration with cross functional teams such as Service Delivery Managers, Contract & Supplier Management, and senior leaders to implement improvements. In cases where service is not meeting the required standards, you will manage escalated service delivery issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions and implement preventive measures to minimize future disruptions.

To be successful in this role, you will be a strong leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment. With your strong analytical and problem solving abilities, you will be proficient in performance monitoring tool and data reporting. Your background in service delivery and operations management managing contractor works is essential and waste water knowledge will be an added advantage however not essential.
You will be expected to be on call rota 1 in 15 and additional payment available
