What you will do:
1. Be a key member of a team delivering a Housing Occupational Therapy service.
2. Maximise the availability of accessible housing in the Royal Borough, improving supply and quality for people with disabilities.
3. Identify households most in need of accessible housing and match applicants to suitable properties as they become available.
4. Provide professional OT support within the Disability and Home Improvement Service, and assist other services as necessary.
5. Offer a practical, professional, and customer-centred approach to housing matters referred for action.
Requirements:
1. Registered with HCPC.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Occupational Therapy.
3. Car driver preferred for easy travel between sites.
