Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operative / Stock Controller
Ready to drive your career forward?
Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a proactive and organised Warehouse Operative/Stock Controller to join our Parts Department and support our Canterbury and Maidstone workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Warranty Returns Management: Overseeing warranty returns from our Canterbury and Maidstone workshops.
2. Surcharge Management: Managing surcharge processes for both workshop locations.
3. Stock Returns: Coordinating and processing stock returns efficiently.
4. Stock Control: Receipting stock and maintaining accurate stock locations.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with our workshops and a team of parts advisors to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
While prior experience in the parts business is an advantage—whether in a motor industry or main dealer network—it’s not essential. What’s most important is your commitment to ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What is in it for You?
1. Full-Time Role: Monday to Friday.
2. Competitive Pay: Competitive OTE of up to £32,000.
3. Career Growth: Clear pathways to develop your career within a well-established and growing business.
4. Employee Discounts: Savings on vehicles and services.
If you’re detail-oriented, motivated, and ready to take on this exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from you! Send your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to recruitment@haynesgrp.co.uk.
