We are currently recruiting for our client in Brigg, North Lincolnshire for a Hygiene Operator About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Hygiene Operator to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across our site, including welfare facilities, meeting rooms, offices, and factory walkways. Your efforts will support our commitment to healthcare-aligned hygiene standards and compliance with health and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness in office areas, toilets, kitchens, canteens, factory walkways, and locker rooms according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Comply with all Health & Safety Policies and actively contribute to safe systems of work. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively. Ensure cleaning practices align with company policies and compliance standards. Maintain cleaning logs to meet audit requirements. Provide hygiene coverage during staff absences and peak periods. What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail and focus on hygiene standards. Ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining high-quality work. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and operating equipment. Proven organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Adaptability and flexibility in approach. Salary & Hours £12.06 per hour Working 4 days on and 4 days off - Days - 6am to 6pm (average of 42 hours per a week) Overtime is regularly available.
