We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our team in a key commercial role, working on a large construction project in South Devon on our HMP Channings Wood Prison project.

Location: HMP Channings Wood Prison, Newton Abbot, South Devon.
Contract: Permanent – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Quality Manager you'll be supporting the pre-construction and operational delivery teams with QA compliance. You will manage the areas of quality throughout all the projects, while maximising customers' satisfaction and project operating margins. Your day to day will include:
* Supporting and assisting the Pre-Construction & Operational teams, to ensure a right first-time approach in quality management and specification compliance.
* Ensure compliance & operational management in Quality Control Systems, including auditing, risk management, investigations, complaint handling and report writing.
* Providing Quality-related training to equip the Project teams with the skills to drive improvements in quality performance.
* Ensuring the ISO accredited integrated management systems are effectively implemented and monitored, identifying opportunities and implementing changes to drive continuous improvement.
* Making sure contract operations are compliant with business policies and standards, developing and managing the contract audit programme and carrying out internal audits against business policies.
