In alignment with our growth and commitment to excellence, we are actively seeking a dedicated IT support apprentice who is adept at navigating the challenges of a dynamic business environment.

As an apprentice, you will study a level 3 IT support course.
KEY TASKS
1. Be the first point of contact for all employees, making a good impression.
2. Perform IT support for any software/hardware issues that arise.
3. Provide IT support for any phone/network issues that arise.
4. Setup new joiners with a laptop/desktop/phone and any peripherals as necessary.
5. Perform leaver process when employees leave, as per IT leaver process.
6. Administer the Office 365 admin portal.
7. Setup new users on CIMS/Taskye (FISco in-house Facilities Management system).
8. Setup new Suppliers/Customers on Taskye.
9. Change/configure user access/approvals on Taskye following official email requests.
10. Administer user holidays in CIMS as necessary.
11. Liaise with 3rd party IT support company about any IT issues that need escalating.
12. Liaise with 3rd party IT support company about any issues relating to Office 365 licensing.
13. Liaise with 3rd party phone/internet company about any issues arising with the service/products.
14. Perform IT asset management.
15. Perform IT asset purchasing when required, following the IT purchasing process.
16. Make basic content changes to the FISco website and maintain the WordPress site to ensure it is up to date.
17. Perform duty as the “Document Control Manager” as per the “Control of Documents” procedure.
18. Continually look for ways to improve/enhance the way that FISco uses technology and suggest improvements to the senior management team at management meetings.

* Previous knowledge of IT systems (laptops and phones) and applications such as Microsoft Office.
* Desirable A level in computer science.
