The successful CDM/Principal Designer will be responsible for:
1. Collaborate closely with clients to foster a clear understanding of CDM Regulations
2. Maintain precise and current health and safety records
3. Perform comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to hazard identification efforts
4. Engage with contractors, aiding their comprehension of responsibilities within CDM Regulations
