Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
1. Issuing controlled forms and logs.
2. Managing review period for controlled SOPs – ensuring review by QA Manager is carried out in timely manner.
3. Raising and implementing change controls, and assisting with Artwork Change Controls as required.
4. Raising deviations and implementing CAPAs.
5. Maintaining all databases, files and records.
6. Assisting with internal principle based audits.
7. Trend analysis, on quality, Micro, Complaint trended databases.
8. Suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
9. Assisting with temperature mapping as required.
10. Ensuring all equipment is uniquely numbered and logged.
11. Assist annual arranging calibration, validations according to schedule.
12. Maintaining stability cabinets/HVAC and liaising with engineers/suppliers for maintenance and performance verification.
Experience
1. Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role is preferred.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
