The Role:
As Senior Brand Manager, you'll take full ownership of two key brands, driving brand growth, profitability, and innovation. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll work cross-functionally with category, sales, and NPD teams to develop winning strategies. This is a high-impact role, perfect for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on brand-building, problem-solving, and making a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the brand relaunch, including recipe and packaging changes, brand refresh, and channel strategy.
2. Develop and execute annual brand plans using consumer insights, market data, and pricing strategy.
3. Oversee brand performance, tracking key metrics, analysing data, and optimising profitability.
4. Drive innovation, building a 24-month NPD pipeline and shaping an innovative new operation to bring ingredient processing in-house.
5. Manage PR & social media campaigns to elevate brand presence and engagement.
6. Be the face of the brand, presenting plans to key retailers.
Who You Are:
1. Experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in food.
2. A strategic, commercially driven brand marketer.
3. Strong analytical skills with a results-focused mindset.
