* Overseeing daily logistics operations and ensuring timely delivery of products
* Leading and motivating a team of logistics professionals
* Implementing efficient logistics strategies and processes
* Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
* Monitoring inventory levels and managing supply chain activities
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies
* Preparing and presenting reports on logistics performance
* Identifying and resolving any logistics related issues or discrepancies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Logistics Team Leader should have:
* A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
