Position: Internal Recruitment Consultant
Location: Leeds HQ, LS12 4PT
Employment Type: Full Time 9am to 5pm (Additional hours as required)

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-focused Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating seamless recruitment experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for internal recruitment inquiries, providing guidance and support to hiring managers and employees.
* Coordinate the end-to-end internal recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and managing feedback.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on best practices for internal hiring.
* Maintain and update internal job boards and recruitment platforms to ensure all information is accurate and engaging.
* Organise and participate in internal career events, workshops, and development sessions to promote mobility within the organization.
* Track and report on internal recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and equal opportunity standards.
About You:
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within an internal or corporate setting.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
* Familiarity with Job sites and Linkedin for recruiting is essential.
