About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our clients team on the breathtaking Summer Isles. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step up or an established Chef ready for a fresh challenge in a stunning coastal location.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
* Plan and prepare seasonal menus using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
* Manage kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to maintain efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
* Work collaboratively with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
* Maintain stock levels, manage suppliers, and oversee kitchen budgeting.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
2. A passion for high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients.
