Your Role
We are looking for an Area Housing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.
As an Area Housing Manager, you will be responsible for the effective delivery and management of all the housing services within a geographical area. Your team will contain up to 12 colleagues and you will lead and motivate them to deliver the highest levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
* Knowledge of the main areas of housing management including allocations, voids, community safety, income collection, independent living, and tenancy management. We recognise that you may not be an expert in all areas but we would encourage you to apply if you have expertise in some of the areas and a willingness to learn others.
* A proven track record of managing, coaching and supporting individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
* Strong time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
* An ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
