My client is looking for a Regional Business Manager to cover their Midlands Region. The ideal candidate will manage and grow existing accounts and oversee New Business Development specifically in the Distributor Market.

Responsibilities of the Regional Business Manager role include:
* Overall management of the Midlands region.
* Stimulating growth in dealer and public-sector business.
* Applying the regional unit strategy to target customers and business areas.
* Identifying new potential customers and developing an annual business plan.
* Establishing a network of regional dealers or kitchen house companies for comprehensive coverage.
* Assisting dealers with site visits or trade exhibitions as needed.
* Communicating updates and information on special offers or promotions.
* Utilising data platforms to win business and keep updated with regional trading performances, presented regularly to the business unit team.
* Actively pursuing new business and recommending strategies to increase market share.
* Liaising with the UK Regional Business Manager monthly to review performance and market trends.
* Preparing regional sales forecasts as required.
* Attending sales meetings and assisting with planning regional meetings.
* Liaising with other Regional Business Managers and internal sales team members on prospects and opportunities.
* Presenting new business start-up package templates for prospective dealers.
* Attending business conferences, exhibitions, and trade associations as required.
* Liaising with other departments to meet customer requirements.

Working hours for the Regional Business Manager role are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. My client offers a 25-day holiday allowance and a market-leading pension scheme.
