Sheridan Ward is excited to be working with a client who is based in Denham. They are looking to bring on board a hardworking and proactive Sales and Order Coordinator!
This role is extremely varied, including admin, customer service, order processing, and accounts admin duties (invoicing).
The ideal candidate will enjoy speaking with customers over the phone, can proactively problem-solve and deal with any issues, and has a positive and outgoing personality!
Sales and Order Coordinator Duties:
* Dealing with customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
* Working on systems including Sage 50 and Excel
* Accepting and sending purchase orders
* Outsourcing materials needed for work to be done
* Liaising with external contacts and clients
