Job Description Summary We currently have an opportunity for a Production Planning Specialist at our GE Caledonian facility at Prestwick. Reporting to the Production Planning Leader, you will be the focal point for developing and implementing processes to track systemic pacing items across each Gate in relation to engine OTR and S&OP targets. Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Data analysis of Gate performance in relation to engine OTR and S&OP targets. - Identify trends and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders. - Perform administrative tasks aligned to the Planning organisation e.g. weekly KPI reporting. - Provide ad-hoc support to the Single Item process (SVN Creation, Quotes & upkeep of data input in relevant schedules / tools) - Maintain Planning / Production tools in relation to key parts to drive adherence and ensure operational alignment with Production plans. - Additional tasks will include, but are not limited to, completing daily, weekly & monthly tasks aligned to the Planning organisation.
