Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Advisor who has worked ideally in the Residential / Care Home / Independent living sector to join our clients dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning process, precuring M&E consultants and contractors, the design and site installation, ensuring the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Prepare and help manage project budgets and schedules.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.
* Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
* 2 stage tender experience
* Riba stage 3 experience
* Strong knowledge of building services systems and relevant regulations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
