Night Manager - Boutique Hotel - Up To £32,000
Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for a leadership role in a dynamic, customer-focused environment? Wonderful boutique hotel is seeking a Night Manager to join the team and oversee smooth operations during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Opera System Knowledge: Experience with Opera or a similar PMS system is ideal; we welcome candidates with foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn.
2. Customer Service Excellence: Previous experience in a guest-facing role is essential. You will handle guest interactions, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any conflicts professionally and efficiently.
3. Fluent English Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
4. Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality is essential. You will manage and motivate a small night team.
5. Duty Manager Skills: Knowledge of health and safety procedures, including pool testing, is desirable.
6. Willingness to Train: Preparedness to complete First Aid and Pool Responder training, if needed.
7. Administrative Proficiency: Capable of creating staff rotas and managing administrative tasks, with a readiness to learn new computer systems.
