This a 12-14m FTC to based out of Stanford-Le-Hope on a hybrid basis, with travel to Southampton around business needs.
*Must be a driver with a car, due to location and travel between sites.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, credible relationships with HR, business leaders, hiring managers, and external partners, acting as a trusted advisor and recruitment expert.
Develop and implement hiring strategies that align with business needs.
Create compelling job descriptions to attract top talent.
Proactively source active and passive candidates using social media, recruitment campaigns, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, skills testing, compliance, and offers.
Negotiate terms with external recruitment agencies and sourcing suppliers. What You Will Bring
