Career Teachers is recruiting a qualified Teacher for a lovely Primary School in Wombwell, Barnsley S73. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) cover across classes in Years 2, 3, 4 and 5.
The role starts on 25 February 2025 and runs until the end of the academic year.
There is a small element of shared planning in this role. Medium and Long-term plans are already in place.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences in line with the school’s curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Ensure continuity of learning by following lesson plans and schemes of work.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
* Collaborate with other staff members to support student development and well-being.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience in teaching primary school children.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and needs.
