My Defence industry client is looking for a Business Analyst (Finance / ERP) for their Bristol office. This is a hybrid working position.
*Due to the environment candidates will require to go through SC security clearance*
Overview: We are looking for a Functional specialist to perform analytical, administrative, financial, and technical duties in support of the implementation, administration, and operation of the (ERP) system to improve and enhance business systems and applications.
Key Accountabilities:
· Work with stakeholders to understand and investigate feedback into the ERP functionality to ensure business protocols are adapted to support user needs.
· Collaborative liaison between functional users and technical groups in the configuration, modification and testing of the ERP system to meet changing business requirements
· Produce technical and user documents using non-technical language to enable users to resolve queries and improve system functionality understanding.
· Use data modelling practices to undertake business analysis and make recommendations for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
· Responsibility for the maintenance of ERP jobs and material requirements planning daily run, this will include defining and setting up automatic jobs to maximise automation where possible.
· Establish business requirements to create SQL reports to gain insights into the business to assist the shaping of informed business decisions.
· Undertake ERP system maintenance to ensure system integrity and performance.
· Provide training and support to users to enable users to maintain system integrity and achieve required outcomes when using the ERP system.
