Become an expert advisor, an inspiration and guide to our customers. Your role will involve understanding each customer and their home improvement projects. Key responsibilities include sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store appearance. You will also have opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting, with a primary focus on delivering excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy assisting others. A willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new ways of working is essential. The role requires teamwork, flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
