Your Role
✔️ Develop masterplans from 10 to 1,000 homes
✔️ Produce feasibility studies, framework plans & concept layouts
✔️ Work on the planning stages of large-scale residential projects
✔️ Client communication & project coordination
What You’ll Need
🔹 4+ years’ experience on UK residential projects
🔹 Expertise in large-scale masterplanning & planning processes
🔹 Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop & InDesign (Revit training provided)
🔹 Background in housing development is highly beneficial
