About the Job To provide operational leadership and management for the People and Organisational Development functions, helping to create an environment where staff thrive, feel valued and can reach their full potential. To support the Director on all aspects of human resource management within the organisation. To support the People & OD function embracing innovative and modern ways of working and developing the College as a learning organisation with regards to people practices. Operational lead for HR organisational development, including Learning and Development, HR systems and management of the L&D budget. Lead on employee engagement and wellbeing, ensuring that the College provides regular mechanisms for staff feedback, identifying improvements as required so that staff have confidence that their voice is heard. About You Have HR leadership experience in a complex organisation within a unionised environment with proven experience in Organisational Development and management of change. Hold CIPD Level 5 or above. Experience in a Learning and Development/ OD role with a strong understanding of the design, delivery and evaluation of learning. Commitment to high standards, team working and a corporate approach to priorities, systems, and achieving goals.
