* Hours: 30 hours per week
* Salary: £13.94 per hour
* Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (5:30am - 5:30pm)⏰

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Security Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors professionally and efficiently.
* Handle visitor inquiries and sign-ins, providing inductions and safety guidance as needed.
* Maintain a safe, organised, and presentable reception area in line with procedures and regulations
* Manage security access card issuance and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain site induction records and conduct visitor inductions.
* Coordinate room bookings, hotel accommodations, hire cars, and taxis.
* Assist with hire car drop-offs and collections.
* Handle general inquiries, phone calls, incoming emails and site calendars.
* Provide basic IT support, including guest Wi-Fi access.
* Order and manage office supplies and resources.
* Ensure meeting rooms are set up, monitored, and maintained throughout the day.
* Book meeting rooms and maintain records.
* Administer key management systems (TRAKA).
* Perform general administrative tasks (photocopying, shredding, filing, etc.).
Security-Specific Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain the visitor management system (VMS).
* Conduct regular audits of access control systems.
* Issue and track vehicle passes.
* Assist with security planning, including guard routes and patrol schedules.
* Conduct bag and post searches as needed.
* Support security briefings and training sessions.
* Assist with person and vehicle searches when required.
* Organise and maintain security-related paperwork.
* Coordinate guard equipment needs (e.g., chairs, tables, and other resources).
Qualifications
Job Essentials:
* Experience in office administration and in a reception position.
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Willingness to train to achieve SIA licence after probation period or to currently hold an SIA licence
* Good IT skills and ability to learn new IT systems
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Flexible and adaptable
* Customer focused
* Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
* Be punctual and reliable
