We're representing a well-established law firm in Huddersfield who are seeking a dedicated and organised Commercial Property Secretary to support their busy team.
Your Role:
As a Commercial Property Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective administrative support to Commercial Property Fee Earners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Communication: Corresponding with clients and third parties.
- Document Management: Preparing legal documents, managing files, and handling
post.
- Legal Support: Assisting with legal processes, including searches, AML checks,
and Land Registry applications.
- Digital Dictation: Transcribing digital dictation.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling incoming calls, emails, and general office duties.
What they're looking for:
- Experience as a Legal Secretary
- Experience in residential or commercial property essential
- Experience of digital dictation preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- A positive and proactive attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
