Caretaker
North Belfast
15 hours per week
Salary: £12 per hour

We are one of NI’s leading providers of high-quality housing and supported housing services and we try to make a real difference to the lives of the people living in our homes.
A bit about the role
The Caretaker will maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our schemes, responsible for the cleaning of all communal areas in the buildings and to act in a neighbourly and friendly fashion to tenants of the scheme and their visitors. You will have previous experience working within a similar role. This role will be based in Belfast schemes, where you may be asked to provide cover at neighbouring schemes.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a similar role.
2. Ability to maintain cleanliness in communal areas.
3. Friendly and neighbourly attitude towards tenants and visitors.
