Sales Support ManagerLocation: Shrivenham (4 days in office, 1 day remote)
£35k - £45k depending on experience
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead and develop a sales/customer support team, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is key to improving systems, processes, and fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coach the customer support team.
* Improve sales support processes.
* Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Track performance, produce reports, and respond to customer queries when needed.
* Support internal audits and quality procedures.
* Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience in sales support, customer operations or a similar role.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* exprience within manufacturing, engineering, production industry is advanteageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
* Ability to work with technical concepts and data analysis.
