About the Role:
As a Project Scheduler, you will take ownership of customer orders, progressing them into finalised project schedules and pricing. You will ensure accurate production information is shared internally for efficient manufacturing and will collaborate closely with the Account Coordinator and Sales Estimator to ensure customer needs are met on time.
What you’ll do
* Produce comprehensive project schedules and manage information flow to colleagues and customers
* Liaise with customers to confirm project scope and objectives, guiding them through their options
* Develop detailed production packs, including schedules and fabrication drawings
* Act as a key point of contact during the design process for both internal teams and customers

* Solid understanding of construction industry dynamics
* Knowledge of building regulations and fire certification
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
