Our client is looking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager to run their site in Mansfield. A great opportunity to join to a leading business in the plumbing and bathroom arena.
Main duties & responsibilities:
* Assist trade customers with their purchases and enquiries
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
* Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery
* Using our ERP to setup customers, manage inventory and submit supplier purchase orders
* Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
* Inform customers of sales/promotions to meet targets
* Liaising with suppliers for support and technical queries
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Working Hours - Monday to Friday - 7:30 to 5pm with 1 hour lunch. Saturdays are 8am-12pm.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence
* IT skills / computer literate
* Previous Plumbing and Heating sales counter experience / knowledge
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good organisation skills, able to manage time efficiently
* Be a motivated and committed individual
* Knowledge of the trade industry
