ROLE PURPOSE
To book appropriate meetings with the right people for the Account Managers enabling them to grow their accounts and exceed revenue targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain and update accurate data fields and dialogue reports in the CRM database and other sales systems.
2. Understand the importance of KPIs to focus on contact ratios and meetings ROI.
3. Achieve acceptable sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as specified by the marketing team.
4. Be directed by marketing to book 40 meetings a month for the account managers.
5. Create professional emails with accurate information.
6. Consultative relationship builder. Identify key decision makers and new relevant contacts.
7. Take training and coaching, passing any given tests and apply knowledge effectively.
8. Plan time to be as effective as possible and organise workload.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
1. GCSE Mathematics and English
2. Minimum 24 months in a similar role within a B2B environment
