Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational plans for repairs and maintenance activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational planning or repairs management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in repair operations.
