Functional Assessor - WCA – Physiotherapists\n\n Hybrid remote roles available across England. If you live more than 60 minutes away from an office there may be the option to work primarily remotely.\n\n Full and Part-time positions available\n\n Everpool Recruitment is one of the UK's leading providers of permanent recruitment solutions to the Health and Social Care sector and we offer bespoke consultancy services to clients and candidates alike.\n We are currently recruiting for hybrid remote Functional Assessors who would like a role that involves working from home and in the office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts.\n \n Salary:\n WCA Functional Assessor (5/6 shorter assessments per day) - £41,500 - £43,500 + Excellent Bonus Scheme\n (Please note that each of the above roles are subject to availability and needs in each geographical area which may fluctuate over time. Ideally candidates need to be willing to do either of these roles.
If someone has a strong preference for one over the other, we may be able to accommodate although this can’t be guaranteed)\n Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm - Full-time and part-time positions available after full-time training period.\n \n Salary and Benefits\n \nCompetitive Salary: £41,500 - £43,500 starting salary with £1000 increases after 6 and 12 months. \nGenerous Bonuses: Up to 10% for quality and performance. \nWork-Life Balance: Enjoy 9am – 5pm hours with no nights or weekends.

\nReview Evidence: analyse medical evidence, health questionnaires, and daily living activities. \nCompile Reports: Produce detailed reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). \n Example Tasks:\n \nInterview claimants to understand their health conditions and daily challenges.
\nReview medical records and write comprehensive reports. \nProvide recommendations based on thorough assessments. \n Training Program:\n Successful candidates will complete a 6-week comprehensive training program covering (amongst other things):\n \nAssessment Techniques: Best practices for accurate evaluations.
\nDWP Guidelines: Requirements and guidelines of the Department for Work and Pensions. \nReport Writing: Skills for detailed and objective reporting. \n Who We Need:\n We are specifically seeking:\n \nRegistered Adult Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, Learning Disability, General) \nOccupational Therapists (Adult-focused) \nParamedics (Adult-focused) \nPhysiotherapists (Adult-focused) \nPharmacists (Adult-focused) Polite Note: Sponsorship is not available for these roles.\n \n Requirements:\n \nExperience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting \nRegistration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
