Position Overview
The Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant for construction to join our APAC Consulting Services team. In this role, you will leverage your construction industry and technical expertise to help clients implement innovative design, engineering, and construction solutions.
You will collaborate directly with strategic customers, providing consulting services such as process improvement, implementation, training, configuration, mentoring, and technical guidance. Your efforts will maximize the value clients derive from Autodesk technologies and support transformational business changes. You will also track the business impact and adoption scale of the solutions delivered. Reporting to the Consulting Services manager for ANZ, this position offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote or onsite work at an Autodesk office.
Responsibilities
1. Implement innovative construction solutions related to document management, data management, field workflows, and project handover with Autodesk’s largest clients.
2. Analyze, improve, and implement processes and workflows.
3. Lead consulting engagements, documenting the value delivered.
4. Apply Autodesk products to industry-specific requirements and workflows.
5. Configure solutions based on product capabilities and client needs.
6. Guide clients on optimal Autodesk product use; define and document detailed use cases.
7. Collaborate with clients, partners, and Autodesk teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues.
8. Provide feedback to improve products and processes based on client experiences.
9. Work with Autodesk account teams to develop Customer Success Plans and manage client engagements.
10. Assist in task estimation and scope clarification with clients.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
* At least five years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, focusing on digital solutions development and delivery.
* Experience with processes such as preconstruction, document management, project management, quality and safety management, and handover.
* Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, meeting leadership, and impactful presentations.
* Ability to drive decision-making and issue resolution.
* Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project teams, translating complex topics into understandable language.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30%, including internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
* Autodesk product expertise (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360).
* Knowledge of competitor solutions in construction.
* Experience developing and implementing workflows among architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners.
* Proficiency with Autodesk products such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and InfraWorks.
* Experience leading change at the enterprise level.
* Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
