Office Administrator Our client near Braintree is recruiting an Office Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team Due to the remote location your own transport is essential. (5 Miles out of Braintree) We are looking for someone with a good work ethic that wants to learn and has a strong work history on their CV. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and will be the first point of contact when answering / forwarding incoming phone calls and enquiry emails. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and proficient in computer applications (MS Office). You will need to be an enthusiastic, motivated and a hands-on individual who can demonstrate the ability to prioritise your workload and work well under pressure. Full on-going training will be provided. £12.21 per hour PAYE Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Other Benefits include: Permanent Position available following a qualifying period Friendly team Long running business offering excellent job security Casual Dress Good variety of work Onsite Parking Holiday Pay Weekly Pay Pension Contributions Key Tasks and Responsibilities will include: Manage inbound phone calls and emails in a timely professional manner General handing of client enquiries and follow up where necessary Schedule and process client orders following operational processes and procedures using our inhouse database Maintain spreadsheets and inhouse database in relation to job scheduling and client KPIs Communicate with the transport and warehouse teams to execute the delivery and collection of client orders / handling of client queries Responsible for the accurate completion and filing of all Post-order paperwork Scanning of client records and internal paperwork Audio typing - update inhouse database from pre-recorded dictations General administration related tasks which assist the business operation Skills Required: Proficient in MS Office Suite predominantly Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner. Attention to detail. Efficient in time management, workflow priority, filing systems.
