Due to an exciting expansion within the company, our client is seeking a Lettings Manager to join their busy office in Leamington Spa.
Job Role:
* Assisting in achieving Lettings departmental targets
* Building relationships with colleagues and clients. Especially focusing on landlord relationships
* Being an escalation point for landlord, tenant, and guarantor problems & complaints
* Arranging the marketing of new and existing properties to ensure maximum revenue for the company and its clients
* Conducting letting assessments where required
* Ensuring all paperwork is in place for all agreed tenancies in accordance with company procedure, in conjunction with the Business Process Outsourcing Team (BPO)
* Utilizing new processes and procedures, to rationalize and implement procedures across both residential and student departments
* Maintain an awareness of competition in the surrounding areas & reporting/analysis
* Assisting in the growth of the lettings department by marketing effectively and maintaining and growing the existing portfolio
* Attending strategy meetings where required
* Working alongside the company's International department to ensure the Leamington branch performs as a flagship for the business
* Reporting & analysis on current departmental stock and completing comparison reports where necessary
* Conducting staff reviews and team meetings
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 DOE + Commission.
