Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant x2
Location: Sheffield, UK

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and managing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and driving business growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development & Client Management – Build and maintain relationships with key clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Candidate Sourcing & Placement – Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing placements.
* White & Blue-Collar Recruitment – Source and place both white-collar professionals and blue-collar tradespeople for prestigious blue-chip contractors, ensuring the highest quality talent matches client needs.
* Market Research & Strategy – Stay ahead of industry trends, talent demands, and hiring challenges to provide expert advice to clients.
* Consulting & Advisory – Provide tailored solutions to clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering strategic workforce solutions.
* Networking & Talent Pooling – Develop a strong pipeline of candidates and build long-term relationships within target industries.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in Construction, Civil Engineering, M&E, or Industrial Services).
Strong business development skills with the ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication & consulting skills to effectively advise both clients and candidates.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and recruitment best practices.
